Concerns about Donald Trump's health have been reignited by reports that he has nodded off in public 14 times over the past year.
The US leader, who celebrated his 80th birthday last month, has faced mounting scrutiny since returning to the White House amid a string of public missteps and visible bruising and swelling.
Trump has also been caught dozing off during numerous public appearances, with observers noting it's occurring "once or twice a month". X user Jamesetta Williams compiled a list of 14 occasions since July 2025 where the president was seen nodding off, calling the pattern a "major age-related crisis". This comes as a body language expert exposed the reason why Lindsey Graham's funeral guest looked at Donald Trump with a look of "disgust".

The instances included a 'Making Health Technology Great Again' event at the White House last summer, a Cabinet meeting in December, the inaugural Boars of Peace meeting in February and, most recently, former US senator Lindsey Graham's funeral this week.
Video circulating on social media from the funeral showed Trump's eyes slowly closing before he appeared to drift off.

Questions surrounding his health have also intensified following the publication last month of a new biography by two former White House correspondents, reports the Express.
Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan claimed the president is nocturnal, unpredictable, and has displayed growing "moments of fatigue" in Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump.

The book, which draws on more than a thousand interviews conducted over two years, also asserts that Trump's hearing has declined during his second term and that he has lost "whatever thin verbal filter he had in the past".
Nevertheless, the White House insists the president remains in "perfect" health.
White House physician Sean Barbarella said Trump's most recent medical exams show he is "fully fit" with "strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function".
Addressing the health speculation, an administration spokesperson said: "President Trump's sharpness, unmatched energy and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the last administration when Democrats and the legacy media intentionally covered up Joe Biden's serious mental and physical decline from the American people.
"President Trump is the sharpest and most accessible president in American history who is working non-stop to solve problems and deliver on his promises."
