It's time to believe again, because "Ted Lasso" returns to Apple TV next week after a three-year hiatus.
The Emmy-winning comedy, starring Jason Sudeikis as the American coach of a Cinderella soccer team in the British Premier League, is set to premiere Aug. 5. The last time the hit show streamed was in May 2023. The end of season 3 featured an emotional finale that many fans thought would spell the end of the series for good.
However, Apple announced in 2025 that the show would return for a fourth season with a few changes.
In season 4, Lasso returns to Richmond to take on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women's football team.
